MCE-5, France, is a R&D oriented company, dedicated to variable compression ratio (VCR) technology  research and development, successfully applied in automotive gasoline engines. This VCR technology is a plateform technology, to be able to combine with VVA, turbocharging, EGR, etc, to realize dramatically reduction in carbon dioxide with excellent power, emission and dynamic performance. It was said that this VCR technology will make traditinal gasoline engine to live much longer. D&H, as its partner in China, also invested in MCE-5 in 2010. D&H helped MCE-5 successfully obtain a big contract with Dong Feng Motor Group, to develop VCR engine. Dong Feng Motor is the second largest car maker in China, also the big share holder of PSA group.
